My new favorite salad is the
Quinoa Salad with Roasted Jalapeños.
It's simple, healthy and so delicious.

Quiona takes very little time to prepare,
and contains a balanced set of amino acids.
It is known as a complete protein source,
and also a good source of dietary fiber, magnesium and iron.
And the best part... it tastes well with just about anything.
