Homemade Ravioli
Step 4: Knead the pasta dough by pushing down and away from youwith the palm of your hand.
Continue this until the dough is smooth.
Step 5: Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.With the slot of the pasta machine on its widest setting,
turn the handle while feeding the dough into the slot.
Gently hold the flattened dough as it comes out of the pasta machine.
Step 6: Place any kind of ravioli filling and use anegg wash to seal the two sheets of pasta together.
Use a pastry brush to work around the filling and
thinly coat the entire surface of the pasta sheet.
Gently lay the top sheet of pasta over the layer covered with filling and cut.
Fresh pasta will cook in minutes, so make sure to not overcook them.

Ferry Building, San Francisco
I love going to the Ferry Building when in San Francisco.
They have so many great little shops and eateries;
A few of which are still on my list of places to try.
Definitely a must visit when in the city...
